Outline of Final Research Achievements

The aim of this study is to elucidate the molecluar mechanisms of lung cancer development and the identification of cancer stem cell-related genes. Our study demonstrated that some chemokines were identified as downstream molecules of HOTAIR. These data suggested that HOTAIR-chemokine axis contribute to the development of lung cancer.
