Outline of Final Research Achievements |
We studied the involvement of αCGRP in neuropathic pain model by using αCGRP knockout mice and wild type mice. Our study suggested that αCGRP was not involved in spontaneous pain, thermal hyperalgesia and mechanical hyperalgesia in partial sciatic nerve ligation model.
