Outline of Final Research Achievements |
We could establish a murine model of impaired glucose tolerance. Next, We also could establish a murine model of pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma model. We disclosed that frequency of myeloid derived suppressor cells was increased along increment of tumor size in this tumor bearing mice.
