Outline of Final Research Achievements |
①DNA copy number abberation algorithm of pre-treatment tumor DNA showed little relationship to Ki67 decrease between pre- and post treatment. ②Whole blood RNA were analyzed by 90 cases. Test set (N=10) revealed microRNAs, which were correlated with PEPI score, such as miR503-5p, miR127-3p, miR135b-5p, miR126-3p, let7e-3, and miR647.These microRNAs had been reported as factor of cancer initiation and progression.
