Outline of Final Research Achievements |
In this study, we proposed methods based on computational and data-driven approaches for extracting spatiotemporal dynamics in neural systems. For this purpose, we constructed methods for estimating neural systems by means of data-driven approaches by using mathematical models with detailed electrical properties and spatial structure of neural systems. By assimilating spatiotemporal systems extracted by data-driven methods with observed neural activity data, we constructed methods for estimating large-scale neural network models based on observable data.

Academic Significance and Societal Importance of the Research Achievements |
