Research Abstract

タービンの燃焼ガス温度上昇は省エネと炭酸ガス排出抑制の実効的手段である。本研究では、拡散バリヤ型ボンドコート(DBCシステム:基材/Re-Cr-W-Niバリヤ/Alリザバ/Al_2O_3/雰囲気)を提案し、システムの最適解を決定する手法を採用して、高効率GT,JEに適用できる長寿命・高信頼性ボンドコートを開発した。本DBCシステムはFe,Ni、Nb等の耐熱合金にも適用できることを示した。
