Research Abstract

分裂酵母を材料に減数分裂を制御する分子機構を解析し、減数分裂のための遺伝子のmRNAにはそれらを栄養増殖時には細胞から選択的に取り除くための目印が埋め込まれていることを発見し、またそれらが減数分裂時には減数分裂マスター制御因子Mei2pによって安定化されるメカニズムを解明した。
