Research Abstract

まず平成16年度の本課題研究で得られた1,2-ジチエニル-3,4-ジホスフィニデンシクロブテン(DPCB-Tと略す)を連結した形の高分子量化合物の合成について検討した。即ち、スペーサー部分として、フルオレンやベンゼンのようなπ共役系を用いた高分子量型DPCB誘導体を合成し、その性質について検討した。さらに、これら高分子量型DPCB誘導体を配位子とする遷移金属錯体を合成し、その性質について検討した。次に、dpcb-Tユニットを順次連結していくことについて検討した。即ち、まず同種のDPCB-Tユニットを連結していくことを検討し、次いで異種のDPCB-Tユニット(例えば電子的な影響を与える立体保護基を有する種々のDPCBユニット等)を配列を制御しながら連結していく方法の開発について検討した。その結果、DPCBの分解や異性化を伴わないヨウ素導入法を見い出すことができ、従来の問題点を克服した。さらにDPCB-Tの片方のチエニル基のみにヨウ素を導入する反応条件について検討し、これを基にして、幾つかの非対称置換DPCB-T誘導体を合成することもできた。この非対称置換DPCB-T誘導体は今後の研究展開の鍵となる重要なビルディングブロックである。そこでこの非対称置換DPCB-T誘導体を利用して、クロスカップリング反応等による配列制御型連結(ただの非対称連結とは異なり、さらなる連結可能部位を残しており、非対称連結による延長が可能なもの)について検討した。この連結手法は、2-チエニル誘導体および3-チエニル誘導体の双方に応用可能であることがわかった。また単量体型DPCB誘導体の効率的な合成法についても研究を続け、電子的な影響を与える立体保護基を有する種々のDPCB-Tユニットを合成した他、種々の新たなDPCB誘導体を合成した。
