Research Abstract

弾性表面波モータのサーボシステムの基礎となる, 摩擦駆動の物理モデル構築と, 現象論としての表現モデル構築を行った。前者はコンタクトメカニクスの概念を適用してモデル化を行い, 実験結果と一致する特性シミュレーションに成功した。後者は応答を表すブロック図表現を求め, モータの過渡応答をシミュレーションすることに成功した。
