Research Abstract

超音波モータのスタート・ストップ時の過渡応答特性を精密計測するとともに,圧電変換・接触変換を含むモデルを作成することによって,超音波モータの特性を解析する手法を開発した。また,構築したモデルに基づき,超音波モータの非線形制御系を構築し,超音波モータのトルク制御を実現した。さらに、超音波モータを用いた5指ロボットハンドおよび義手、超音波振動子を用いた触覚ディスプレイを開発し、新たなロボットへのアプリケーション例を示した。
