Research Abstract

主構成材料として酸化物系イオン導電体を、検知極材料として酸化物や貴金属を用いてセンサ素子を作製すれば、異種接合界面においてガス種に応じた特異的な電気化学反応が生じ、この反応に伴う電気信号を効率的に利用することで、優れたセンサ特性を発現できる可能性がある。本研究では、検知極材料の特性評価やナノレベルでの検知極形成制御を行うことにより、優れた検知特性を有する高性能ガスセンシングデバイスを設計・構築した。
