Research Abstract

5年間の科学研究費補助金交付期間に、我々は以下に示す7つの主要な成果を挙げた :
(1) JT-60UのDD中性子環境下でイメージングボロメータの試験を成功裏に実施した。具体的には、赤外ペリスコープと遮蔽構造を用いることで、高中性子束・強磁場環境からDT核融合炉の生体遮蔽装置外側に近いレベルへと赤外線信号を取り出すことができた。
(2) 2種類の損失アルファ粒子計測器の試作品について、東北大学高速中性子実験室で試験を行った。1つは1チャンネルの赤外検出器と1枚の減速薄膜から成るもの、もう1つは多層膜の熱検出器とイメージングボロメータを用いたものである。
(3) イメージングボロメータ薄膜と赤外カメラのための較正法を開発した。
(4) 高温運転によるイメージングボロメータの高感度化を実証した。
(5) 金、プラチナ、タンタルといった様々な薄膜について詳細に調べた。
(6) 二層薄膜とその製作技術を開発し、特許を申請した。
(7) トカマクにおける接線視線をもつイメージングボロメータに対する二次元トモグラフィー法を開発した。
