Research Abstract

(1) 新しいナノスケール解析法の開発として、高速AFMの応用法の確立をした。また、効率的な「AFM-カンチレバーの修飾法」を確立し、細胞核動態の解析に応用した。
(2) 細胞核マトリックス画分はWD repeatsを持つタンパク質とdisordered領域を多く含むタンパク質(DO タンパク質)を高率で含むことを明らかにし、45種の新規タンパク質を同定した。また、新しい核マトリックス構造モデルとして"Dynamic scaffold-based model"を提案した。
(3) 各種核膜内膜タンパク質の分裂期におけるリン酸化とクロマチンからの解離の関係を明らかにした。
