Research Abstract |
イネの窒素転流は、成育や生産性に直接関わる。老化器官からの転流と、若い器官での再利用に関わる高次機能に焦点をあて、グルタミン情報伝達系の分子実体の解明と、窒素利用効率向上戦略に関わる高次機能発現の分子基盤を確立した。グルタミン情報受容体候補分子の特性、GS1;1 遺伝子破壊変異体のメタボローム解析、根の伸長を促進するQTL などから、窒素利用におけるイネの高次機能の発現に関する理解が格段に深まった。
