Research Abstract

小胞体は分泌経路の最初のオルガネラであり、高次構造形成に失敗した異常タンパク質を留め、修復・分解する品質管理機能をもっている。本研究では植物の発生・分化に対する小胞体品質管理の役割の解明を目指し、シロイヌナズナを用いてGFP融合タンパク質を用いた小胞体品質管理解析系を構築するとともに、小胞体品質管理において中心的な役割をはたしている分子シャペロンHsp70システムの変異株の解析を行った。
