Research Abstract |
我々はシロイヌナズナの環境適応戦略の一つである重力屈性において、小胞輸送が支える液胞機能が重力感受に必要であることを見いだした。本研究では、液胞やそれに至る輸送系が、どのようにして重力屈性や形態形成などの高次機能に関与するのか、より具体的に分子レベルで理解することを目的として、主に分子遺伝学的な手法で研究を行った。その結果,複数の新たな小胞輸送関連因子を単離し、その機能の一端を解明した。
