Research Abstract

光照射や老化など環境適応反応においてペルオキシソームの柔軟な機能分化が重要な役割を担っている。本研究では、ペルオキシソームに焦点を絞ったトランスクリプトーム解析およびプロテオーム解析や、ペルオキシソーム異常突然変異体を用いた解析、および光照射や老化などに対するペルオキシソームの応答を網羅的に解析することによって、植物細胞の環境戦略を支えるペルオキシソーム機能分化に関わる因子を同定し、その機能解析からペルオキシソーム機能分化の全体像を明らかにした。
