Research Abstract

本研究は主にとりまとめに関わるものであり、以下の成果をあげた。
1.代表的論文集作成 本特定領域には計画研究代表者11名、公募研究代表者のべ111名が参加してきた。これにより800報(2008年度末時点)を優に超える英文論文を発表してきた。これらの中から特に重要なもの40編を選りすぐり、テーマや相互関係性に基づいて分類し、論文集を作成した。
2.領域ホームページ継続とデータ集の掲載 領域初年度から開設したホームページは、遺伝情報発現関連領域の研究者および学生にとって、重要な情報ソースとなっており、一方、本特定領域により支援された研究の成果は、今後数年間にわたって論文報告されていくものと予想される。そこでこのサイトを22年度も維持し随時最新情報を発信した。
3.領域終了シンポジウムの開催 本特定領域参加者の発見をベースにして、核内因子翻訳後修飾コードという新しい概念がうまれつつある。そこでこれに焦点をあてるシンポジウムを2月17日-18日に東京の東北大学分室にて開催し、成果を討論すると共に今後の共同研究などに関して意見を交換した。また、転写研究会と合同での若手シンポジウムもあわせて開催し、人材育成を進めた。
