Research Abstract

微小光共振器中で量子ドットの励起子と光子の結合を強め、励起子状態をコヒーレントに制御することを目指して研究し、発光寿命より10倍長いスピンフリップ時間、磁場印可無しで光子円偏光-電子スピンー光子円偏光へ効率92%の高い量子状態変換,金属共振器の開発とこれによる量子ドット励起×光子取り出し効率の40倍改善などの成果を得た。
