Research Abstract

L10-Fe系規則合金ナノ粒子の粒子サイズ分散の少ないナノ粒子膜を合成し、硬質磁気特性が得られる臨界粒子サイズと規則構造形成臨界サイズとの相関を詳細に調べ、超高密度磁気記録媒体材料への応用に必要となる知見を得た。また、この種のL10-ナノ粒子分散膜の低温合成、垂直磁化膜の合成などの成果も得られた。
