Research Abstract |
(1) Head Investigator and Investigators researched many countries and areas in Asia, (a) India, (b) Sri Lanka, (c) Thai, (d) Cambodia, (e) China & Taiwan, and (f) Korea, respectively. (2) Our study group researched collabolately, (a) Minorities in Thailand (organized by Prof.NISHIZAWA), and (b) Minorities of Xinjiang Uygur autonomous district (organized by Prof.UDAGAWA). (3) We were reported minority legal status and rights by oversea scholars. (4) We have held our seminars periodically. This seminar presentators included guest scholars who are experts of this field. (5) We have handed down our research results, (a) Minorities in Asia and Law I (2006), and (b) Minorities in Asia and Law II (2007).
