THIS STUDY, FOCUSING ON ACQUISITION OF ACADEMIC LANGUAGE, ADVANCED THE INTEGRATIVE STUDY OF LANGUAGE ACQUISITION AND MAINTENANCE, PREVIOUS RESEARCHES HAD ACCUMULATED RESULTS OF PSYCHOLOGICAL AND SOCIOLOGICAL FACTORS THAT AFFECT ON LANGUAGE ACQUISITION AND MAINTENANCE PARTICULAR TO THE SUBJECT EARNERS N QUESTION, BUT NOT ATTEMPTING TO INTEGRATE FACTORS N OTHER RESEARCH SITES, EXCEPT LANDRY AND ALLARD'S SERIES OF STUDIES OF BILINGUAL LEARNERS IN CANADIAN CONTEXTS. CONCRETELY, THIS STUDY, BASED ON MUHLHAUSLEF,HORNBERGER AND HAUGEN'S STUDIES, OBTAINED A THEORETICALLY SYSTEMATIC VIEW AND GAINED EXCUSIVE FACTORS AS AN ECOLOGICAL LANGUAGE DEVELOPMENT SUPPORT SYSTEM WHICH HAS BEEN PROPOSED BY SERIES OF STUDIES PF ECOLOGY OF LANGUAGE. AT THE SAME TIME THIS STUDY COULD REACH A FLAME WORK THAT CAPTURES A RANGE OF AS THE RESULT, THIS STUDY COULD REACH A FLAME WORK THAT CAPTURES A RANGE OF FACTORS WHICH INCLUDE THOSE RELATED TO SOUTH AMERICAN INDIGENOUS PEOPLE'S AS WELL AS PACIFIC ISLANDERS AT ONE HAND AND EUROPEANS' LANGUAGE ACQUISITION AND MAINTENANCE ON THE OTHER. BASED ON THIS, THIS STUDY PRESENTED A FLAME WORK WHICH ENABLES US TO CAPTURE EXCLUSIVELY PSYCHOLOGICAL AND SOCIOLOGICAL FACTORS THAT INFLUENCE UPON FOREIGN CHILDREN LEARNERS' ACQUISITION OF JAPANESE ACADEMIC LANGUAGE.
