| Research Abstract |
Hattoi has investigated the academic and journalistic articles and information in Germany and the contemporary tendencies in the field of German policy-making, and he has picked up and analyzed the various contemporary problems in the legal institutionalization of the care professions in terms of the reconstruction of the welfare state. Hattori has noticed the significant dilemma between the natural attitudes of care professions and the requirements of their legalization, and he has found there the key point to facilitate the care-centered reconstruction of welfare state. On the other hand Kamemoto has given focus on the difference principle in the theory of justice of John Rawls and analyzed the relationship between this principle and the theory of welfare state. Kamemoto has followed the development of Rawls' theory of justice, and he has emphasized the thin relation between Rawls' theory and welfare of the people.
