Research Abstract |
The purpose of the research project is to study the new regulation of the corporate crimes under the new corporate law. Researched main issues are (1)the impact of the reformation of the corporate law on the regulation of the corporate crimes, (2)corporate bankruptcy crimes, (3)sanctions against corporate defendants, and (4)victim compensation of the corporate crimes through criminal forfeiture. The researcher has concluded that the new regulation of the corporate crimes under the new corporate law is not enough adjusted to the reformation of the corporate law and the reorganization of the corporate crimes is necessary in the near future.
