We have conducted questionaire and interview surveys about the influence of EMR on medical professionals at three hospitals in Kansai, while presenting several papers at different academic conferences including the following sessions. T.Yamamoto et al., Questionaire Survey on the use of EMR among staff workers,26th Conference of medical informatics (Nov.26.2006) H.Yamanaka, Standardization of Method : Motivations, Modalities and Agencies, Workshop The institutions of objectivity in medicine : Informal and formal modalities of regulation", McGill University, April 19-22,2007. We also videotaped some interviews with medical stuffs at the hospitals and edited them along with the subject of our research.
