| Research Abstract |
I got the result of this research below.
1. I indicated the strategy about the development of learning units for current issues studies by reviewing the preceding researches and practices of lessons in social studies education.
2. I made the problems of current issues studies clear by analyzing lessons on refugees, peace and conflict, and international cooperation, as well as by field research about Global Express Project in the U.K.
3. I developed some learning units for current issues studies and proposed them to school teachers.
4. I made the report of this research and delivered to educators of social and global education in Japan.
