Research Abstract

In this research, it aims at the development of medical equipment that has high reliability..a cheap uniting the high precision processing technology and Medical Technology it.
Concretely, the processing technology is developed new the use of the a new controlled abrasives processing technology under electric field.
When the exchange electric field is given to a particle dispersion fluid that distributes dispersion particle abrasives to the solvent ; the arrangement control of abrasives under the AC electric field is a possible technology as for the silicone oil that is the non conductivity fluid. The minute style road can be created on the glass substrate by using this technology That is, it aimed to obtain a processing technology. that was more excellent than it processed it from the industrial method that used a chemical etching such as the acids process with the machine tool in the environment or more.
