Research Abstract

We developed a metal-backed single layered composite electromagnetic wave absorber made of composite materials (Spinel-type Ni-Zn ferrite, SiO_2). The Lichtenecker logarithm mixed raw indicated a different value by the simulation that used the isolation model. When the amount of the mixture of SiO_2 from the SiO_2 isolated model was 70mol%, it was shown to obtain it also on the side fixed astringency of the high frequency side.
It was tried to make the sample that the SiO_2 particle is isolated in the complex of Ni-Zn ferrite. We evaluated an electromagnetic characteristics and the absorption characteristic of the samples. It found not to be able to achieve making the sample that the SiO_2 particle is isolated in the composite by using Ni-Zn ferrite ultrafine particles. Moreover, whether the SiO_2 particle can be covered by Ni-Zn ferrite by using the spray method and a mechanical milling is examined. It found that electromagnetic characteristics approaches the value calculated from the isolation model in each sample. It found to be able to make the absorber material that shows excellent absorption characteristics even by the low frequency and the high frequency without the complex permittivity greatly decreasing in the complex that makes it by obtaining the coating with an excellent Ni-Zn ferrite in the sample milled by using mechanical milling in a short time.
