Research Abstract

新しい溶接法の導入や特殊合金の溶接の際に,溶接高温割れが発生する場合があり問題となっている.これら実施工における溶接割れを防止するためには,割れ発生のメカニズムを冶金学および力学の観点から解明する必要がある.そこで、本申請研究においては,割れに関する材料学的パラメータを陽に含み、なおかつ3次元的な割れの進展を解析することができる高温割れ解析法を開発した。本年度の実績としては、提案手法をT継手完全溶け込み溶接時の高温割れ問題に応用することにより、提案手法の適用性について検討を行った。すなわち、入熱量や溶込み領域のアスペクト比,および界面要素に含まれる諸パラメータが梨形ビード割れに及ぼす影響について検討を行った。
次に、T継手完全溶け込み溶接の梨形ビード割れに関する実験を実施し、溶け込み深さや溶け込み幅等の溶け込み形状の影響や、入熱量が割れに及ぼす影響について整理した。それにより得られた結果と解析結果より両者の相違点あるいは共通点について検討を行い、提案手法を用いて解析を行う際に必要なパラメータの同定方法について検討を行った。
また、昨年度に引き続き、狭開先溶接の3次元解析についても検討を行っている。今年度は、要素分割をより細分化することで、昨年度より高精度な解析を実施している。その結果、要素分割の重要性が示された。さらには、割れの発生を力学的に捉え、BTR、凝固収縮、溶融部周透の拘束等の影響を考慮することができる力学モデルの構築を行った。
