Research Abstract

1)実用的な触媒的不斉マイケル反応の開発
申請者らはすでにD_2対称型新規キラル4級アンモニウム塩を創製し、シッフ塩基の触媒的不斉マイケル反応において最高91%eeを達成している。またα位置換型シッフ塩基を用いても、不斉4級炭素ができることを見いだしている。いずれの生成物も汎用性の高い含窒素化合物であり、天然物合成への応用を検討中である。高いエナンチオ選択性の達成には、触媒芳香環上に電子吸引基が必須であることが分かった。この知見に立脚して、触媒構造の対称性を崩した種々のキラル4級塩を合成して反応を精査したところ、D2対称性は必ずしも必要としない事がわかった。現在、触媒構造の最適化を検討している。
2)ジアジアルドール反応を用いる複素環合成
反応性官能基であるジアゾ基の特性を活用してシンノリン、アミノインドリンの効率合成法を確立した。本方法論は多置換型の上記複素環合成にも有用であり、機能性素子の迅速合成として期待できる。
