Outline of Annual Research Achievements |
Mainly we carried the research on mesoporous template/perovskite composite using thin film technology. More precisely, we synthesized film with hierarchical pore structures (8 and 3 nm diameters), which greatly enhances the precursor solution penetration through the template. The composite has a high concentration of small crystals (3 nm) which dominates the optical properties. Strong quantum confinement is observed as well as increased photoluminescence quantum efficiency. These preliminary results are encouraging for future works related to integration of such composite in light emitting devices.
