Outline of Annual Research Achievements

平成30年度は、研究分担者である外国人特別研究員の日本滞在が9月16日までであることから、これまでの研究結果を纏めること、及び研究成果を学会等と国際ジャーナルで発表することに専念した。
平成30年6月17日から22日まで神奈川県横浜市のパシフィコ横浜で開催されたグランド再生可能エネルギー2018国際会議(Grand Renewable Energy 2018 International Conference and Exhibition)において、国内最大の地熱発電所がある大分県八丁原-大岳地域の地熱活動をASTERで得られた衛星画像の解析により経時変化をモニタリングした結果について、ポスタープレゼンテーション及びプロシーディングスでの発表を行った。八丁原-大岳地域の地熱活動のモニタリングについては、その後さらに解析を進めた結果を査読付国際ジャーナル(Remote Sensing)で発表した。
また、国内有数の温泉地である大分県別府地域の地熱活動の経時変化をLandsat 8とASTERで得られた衛星画像の解析によりモニタリングした結果を、査読付国際ジャーナル(Geosciences)で発表した。
さらに、鹿児島県・宮崎県にまたがる霧島火山における、Landsat 8とASTERで得られた衛星画像の解析による地熱活動の経時変化モニタリング及び熱水変質地域探査の結果についても、査読付国際ジャーナル(Geothermics)で発表した。
