| Outline of Final Research Achievements |
In this study, we developed programs for discovery-oriented learning about the typical colors in a local area for kindergarten and primary school education. These programs were fusion learning between art practice, art experience and learning of science that students promote a deeper understanding about their own interests. This study was carried out by a team formed for promoting joint research in art education between Oita University and OPAM (Oita Prefectural Art Museum).

子供の感性や知的好奇心を刺激し、課題追求を通して産出される新たな目標や探究の喜びが持続的な学びの動機づけとなる。種々の探究活動を通して子供の中で様々な教科の知識やスキルが繋がり融合し学びが拡がり、新たな側面から地域の魅力を発見し、自尊感情を高めることができる。故郷の魅力を発信する意欲が喚起されることがグローバル社会を生きる為に必要な総合力を育成することに繋がり、持続可能な社会づくりへの価値観を身につけることが期待できる。
