We established new clinical approach for technique and information technology of emergency and critical care medicine, which can describe not only clinical procedure but also decision and evaluation of medical staff. ABCD-INR-FT segmentation was appropriate to do above. N-gram, our morphological analysis system/technique could expand clinical database to dictionary for frequent procedures. The product of this study can be applied for electrical medical record taking new method.
