Outline of Final Research Achievements |
This study provides a descriptive understanding concerning pluralism and irrationality embedded in human moral thinking, via considering into account empirical findings about psychological processes underlying moral judgments and moral decision making, and biases within them. In addition, this study clarifies what normative implications such a descriptive understanding may have on some issues in ethical theories, such as debates concerning moral responsibility, human agency, and moral objectivity.

Academic Significance and Societal Importance of the Research Achievements |
