Outline of Final Research Achievements	In order to analyze the spatio-temporal patterns of cellar redox state in plant cell, I developed imaging technique using reactive oxygen species (ROS)- responsive fluorescence probes in planta. I founded useful ROS-responsive fluorescence probes and observation condition for ROS detection in plant cells.
