Outline of Final Research Achievements |
The purpose of this study was to construct legal framework of justifying healthcare interventions in the context of criminal law. From a comparative perspective, cases in Germany, Switzerland and Austria were researched, and theories on the legal function and restriction of “consent” were examined.
