Outline of Annual Research Achievements

本年度は,FLEX+DMFT法を多バンド系に拡張した数値計算プログラムの開発を行った.開発したプログラムを用いて,昨年度までFLEX近似に基づき議論してきた,分散の狭いバンドと広いバンドが共存する多バンド系における超伝導を系統的に調べた.この手法は,FLEX近似において過大評価される局所相関を正確に取り込むことのできる手法であり,強相関系の取り扱いに適していると期待される.これまでこの手法は,単一バンドの系に対して適用されてはきたが,多バンドの系に適用した例は我々の知る限り今までになく,本研究で初めて行われたものであると理解している.解析の結果,従来FLEX近似に基づく解析から得られていた結論が,FLEX+DMFT法によっても定性的には変わらないこと,つまり,分散の狭いバンドと広いバンドが共存する多バンド系において,超伝導が期待できることを示した.また,スペクトル関数を計算したところ,低エネルギー部分に強相関系に特有の擬ギャップ的な振る舞いが見られることも分かった.こうした振る舞いは,FLEX近似では見られないものであり,FLEX+DMFT法による局所相関に対する補正に起因するものである.これに加えて,狭いバンドのスペクトル関数において,電子相関効果によって,バンド単付近に大きなウェイトが集中することを見出した,バンド端の状態密度が大きい1次元系と,相互作用がなければ状態密度が大きくない2次元系とで同様の結果が得られていることに対する直観的な理解を与えた.
