位相・蛍光3次元計測可能なマルチモーダルディジタルホログラフィック顕微鏡の開発

Outline of Annual Research Achievements

今年度は,蛍光の3次元計測に向けて共通光路型配置で自己干渉型インコヒーレントディジタルホログラフィーにおいて異軸型ホログラフィーを可能にする方法について、顕微鏡システムの構築に取り組み実証実験と数値解析を行った。
博士課程の早期終了に伴う課題の終了により、予定していた位相の3次元と蛍光の3次元同時計測システムまでは完成できなかったものの、蛍光ビーズを使った3次元蛍光計測顕微鏡の実証実験を完了した。また様々な実験データと数値解析から光学系のパラメータ設計を行った。今年度新たに国際的学術論文誌に蛍光の3次元イメージングについて一編の第1著者論文と、マルチモーダル顕微鏡の設計と応用について二編の第2著者論文を発表した。また複数の国際会議で研究成果を発表し、関心と共同研究の機会を得ることができた。特に今年の2月に発表した論文は光学分野で世界で最も影響力をもつ米国光学会が刊行する論文誌から、ホログラフィーに関する論文の中でトップ20ダウンロードにランクインも達成し,高く評価されている。以上のことから蛍光3次元イメージングに関して大きな進展があり期待通りに研究が進捗している。
申請者は現在博士号を取得し、特命助教として引き続き研究に邁進している。引き続き蛍光3次元計測と位相の3次元計測を同時に実現させるマルチモーダル顕微鏡の実現を行うと同時に、マルチモーダル顕微鏡の特徴を生かした生体細胞の光刺激とイメージング技術にも積極的に取組んでいる。
