Outline of Annual Research Achievements

CD-MOF結晶内のナノ孔に凝集誘起発光性を示すシステインとAUから構成されるL-システイン/金ナノクラスター(L-Cys/AuNC)を導入し、CD-MOFの細孔空間内における凝集誘起発光性蛍光材料の蛍光特性に関する研究を行った。L-Cys/AuNCとCD-MOFの複合体であるL-Cys/AuNC@CD-MOFはCD-MOFの原料溶液にL-Cys/AuNC粉末を溶解させ、CD-MOFを結晶化して調製した。共焦点レーザ顕微鏡により、L-Cys/AuNC@CD-MOFから発する蛍光強度の3次元解析を行ったところ、L-Cys/AuNC@CD-MOFをがCD-MOF中に均一に存在していることがわかった。さらに、L-Cys/AuNC@CD-MOFは結晶中のL-Cys/AuNCの導入率が低いにもかかわらず、L-Cys/AuNC粉末に比べて蛍光強度が大きかった。このことはCD-MOFの細孔内にL-Cys/AuNCが分散して導入されることで、励起光が効率的に結晶中のL-Cys/AuNCに照射されることで蛍光強度が増幅されることがわかった。また、L-Cys/AuNC@CD-MOFの導入量を調整することで、蛍光強度を制御できた。一般に熱力学的に不安定な金ナノクラスター(AuNC)は溶液中で扱われることが多いが、CD-MOFと複合化することで、新規固体蛍光材料としての可能性を示す結果となった。この成果はAuNCの蛍光性が応用されている検出試薬の低コスト化や操作性の向上につながり、バイオイメージング用のプローブ材料などへの発展が期待できる。
