Outline of Annual Research Achievements

本研究の目的は、長期追跡コホートを活用した子育てエンパワメント指標の開発と専門職との協働による支援プログラムの開発および効果検証である。
本年度は、これまでに得られた、量的研究による根拠と、質的研究による根拠を統合し、「当事者の力を引き出すエンパワメント」の観点から、定量的に評価可能な指標項目を整理し、指標を作成した。さらに、開発指標を用いた実装に向けて、システム利用等の子育て支援による効果の定量化、対象属性や支援実態など関連要因の影響を含めた検証を行った結果を論文にまとめ、投稿した。
具体的には、個人、仲間、組織の各システムレベルから質的、量的に検討を行い、「WEB を活用した園児総合支援システム」を中心に展開する大規模コホートデータから、子どもの発達、気になる行動、子どもと家族の特性、育児環境に関するデータを抽出した。得られたデータより、子どもや養育者に及ぼす支援効果について、就学後の実態調査を含めた分析により、養育者のかかわりが、子どもの健やかな発達につながること、さらに、養育者への専門職による支援および社会的なかかわりが、養育者の身体的、精神的、社会的健康に影響を及ぼすことを明らかにした。エンパワメント指標として、子ども側面、養育者側面、専門職側面、保育環境及び社会環境側面が抽出、再構成された。開発指標を実装したアセスメントおよび実践活用システムを構築するとともに、専門職が活用するための活用マニュアルを作成し、国内外の研究者および実践家と共有した。効果的な指標活用のために、専門職会議、学術会議におけるラウンドテーブル、シンポジウムでの成果報告を行い、活用に向けたブラッシュアップとネットワーキング強化に取り組み、共有した。
