Outline of Final Research Achievements

We expanded the simulation framework that we have developed previously to open to the real-world enabling mutual real-time interaction. By the outcome of this project, a simulation process can export values of dynamical variables during a simulation and import values from sensors and other simulation processes in real-time.

近年、データサイエンス、計算機科学の発展を背景として、生体機能のシミュレーション技術の発展はめざましいが、その技術を実世界のデバイス制御に直結させる技術は限定的である。特に細胞、生化学プロセスのシミュレーションによる予測的実験計測機器制御については開発されていない。我々はその部分に焦点をあて、既存の多くの生理現象モデルを実世界デバイスと相互作用させる汎用的枠組みを開発した。この技術をさらに先鋭化することにより、医学、生物学、創薬などにおける実験を高精度で予測的に制御する機器開発へとつなげることが可能となる。
