In this study, we explored latent structure of evaluation for entrance examination of university .
Especially, we focused on interview testing and found that evaluation for eagerness of examinees could predict achievements of them in the university and that conscientiousness score affects evaluation of interview testing. Additionally, we got same results in the interview testing of recruiting.
