| Outline of Final Research Achievements |
In order to promote curriculum management in schools, support is required through the establishment of systems by local educational administration and group training. Through this study, various systems and support were developed, implemented and effectively functioned at each level of prefectures, cities, and junior high school districts, including the creation of checklists for self-assessments of the implementation status of curriculum management, the standardization of curriculum maps and grand design formats in order to reveal the efforts of each school, joint training for managers to share understanding, and the development of standards to foster and firmly establish learning habits and learning methods. Participation of students in school curriculum management was also found as a new form of support.

| Academic Significance and Societal Importance of the Research Achievements |
新学習指導要領では、先行き不透明な次代を生き抜くと共に新たなものを協働的に創造する資質・能力の育成、そのための主体的・対話的で深い学びによる授業改善、各学校のカリキュラム・マネジメント実現の重要性が叫ばれている。一方で、カリキュラム・マネジメントに対する理解や実施において、学校間格差が懸念される。本研究では、県や市及び中学校区の様々なレベルでの学校のカリキュラム・マネジメント推進のための支援システムの構築や集合研修の工夫、並びに児童生徒による参画の具体事例の開発や収集を行った。研究成果を教育委員会や学校現場に発信することで、各学校のカリキュラム・マネジメントの充実に寄与することができている。
