Outline of Final Research Achievements |
This study purposed to identify effective blended facilitation techniques that enhance learners' self-efficacy, and promote learning achievement in flipped learning. As a result, (1) a Flipped Learning Self-efficacy Scale consisted of 13 items was developed, (2) a blended facilitation manual for flipped learning was developed, and (3)interactions between learners' self-efficacy and blended facilitation techniques were identified.

本研究によって得られた知見により、課外での個人学習、教室での協働的学習、双方の成果を高める手法が教育現場、社会に還元できると考える。すなわち、現在の我が国における重要な教育課題である自立した個として主体的に学ぼうとする意欲や、他者と協働する力などを育む方策として求められている、反転学習を含むアクティブ・ラーニングの在り方と、そこでの学習支援者としての教員の役割を検討する一助となるものと考えられる。
