| Outline of Final Research Achievements |
As a result of analyzing the data of the teacher efficacy survey, four were detected as factors of physical education instruction efficacy.Using this factor, I made physical education classes using consultation methods for three middle-class female teachers.The consultant (Physical education education specialist) carried out collaboratively using the expertise of each other for the issue of the consulting (elementary school teacher). We divided into "the class preparation stage" "the class conduct stage" "the reflection stage" and raised the feeling of effectiveness of appropriate factor in each stage.The creation of physical education classes through consultations significantly improved the class evaluations and surveys conducted on the children, and the teachers' sense of physical education instruction efficacyincreased.

| Academic Significance and Societal Importance of the Research Achievements |
新学習指導要領における育成を目指す３つの資質・能力を育成するためには、体育科においても全ての子どもに確かな学力を付けることが求められている。体育の学習成果を保障するためには、教師の深い教材研究、学習課題の明確化や子供への積極的なフィードバックなどにより、質の高い授業展開が求められるが、体育について学びたいと思っていても、学ぶ機会が得られないことで授業改善は図られず、体育に対しての教師効力感が低い状況が維持されてしまう。この課題に対し、知識だけでなく、その活用方法を含めた適時性のあるコンサルテーションを行うことで教師効力感を高めることにより、授業改善に意欲的に取り組む教師を増加できる。
