Outline of Final Research Achievements	This study attempts to clarify the standard of study of the Right of Children from the perspective of " the system of " the Convention on the Rights of the Child", which consists of a government, non-governmental organizations and CRC.
Academic Significance and Societal Importance of the Research Achievements	1994年の「子どもの権利条約」の批准から四半世紀が経過するが、先の第4・5回審査に見られるように今なお日本の「子どもの権利」状況は大きな問題がある。現代日本の子どもの置かれた状況を、「子どもの権利条約」の視角から、特に条約に定められた諸主体の動態的関係を視野に入れて考察した点に本研究の学術・社会的意義がある。
