Outline of Final Research Achievements |
I researched how Fujiwara Tameie transcribed his family'scollection of various poetic anthologies and literature. The tradition of transcribing poetic anthologies by Fujiwara Shunzei and his son Teika was carried forward by his son, Tameie. This study focused specifically on Tameie's activities. Because the actual circumstances surrounding Tameie's transcriptions were unclear, compared to Shunzei and Teika. The inherited method is, many assistants participated in, to ensuring efficient production and preservation of literature particularly waka literature. I have clarified in detail what Tameie's transcriptions were like, based on various historical documents.

Academic Significance and Societal Importance of the Research Achievements |
