| Outline of Final Research Achievements |
I studied the relationship between CEO turnover and firm performance, and the relationship between attributes of board of director and firm value. Based on my analysis, CEO turnover does not affect firm performance of large listed firm in Japan.

この研究の意義は,本研究が対象とする東証1部上場企業では，経営者が業績に与える影響はかなり限定されることが示されたため，経営者の資質を過度に問う必要がないことを示唆する点にあると思われる。
