| Outline of Final Research Achievements |
This study clarified three social distresses faced by children of one‐parent families in Japan, Korea and France, who are isolated in risk society: (1) food-related distress, (2) education-related distress, and (3) relationship-related distress. France was the most advanced in providing support in three countries.

| Academic Significance and Societal Importance of the Research Achievements |
これまで、ひとり親家族の子どもの食事、教育及び人間関係に関する研究がなされてきたが、本研究の学術的意義は、ひとり親家族の子どもの食事、教育及び人間関係に関わる社会的苦悩に焦点を当てながら、これらの社会的苦悩に対するNPOによる支援について、日本、韓国、及びフランスにおいて比較検討した点にある。また、本研究の社会的意義は、ひとり親家族の子どもの食事、教育、及び人間関係に関わる社会的苦悩に対する政策を3か国の比較によって導き出した点にある。
